Challah Tutorial

               1. Add 2 1/2 cups of warm water to 2 packets of yeast. 


 2. Add flour until dough is not sticky any more.

3. Knead dough for 7 minutes until dough is fluffy like this.

4. Cover with cloth in a greased bowl. Let dough rise for 1 hour.

5. divide dough in two.

6. Flatten dough and divide in to two.

7. Divide the dough into 6 piece and add raisins to dough.

8. Roll the raisins in the dough.

9. Braid the dough.

10. Shape dough as desired.

11. Let dough rise for 30 more minutes. Apply glaze. 

12. TA-DA!!! Bon appetit !!
