Coconut lovers cake


Cake recipe
5 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour

Beat sugar and eggs for about 8-10 minutes. With a spatula stir in flour. Bake in a 9'inch or 10'inch pan at 350 till ready.

Frosting
1 8oz package of cream cheese room temp
2 stick of butter room temp
2 cups whip topping
1 can of sweeten condensed milk

Filling
coconut milk
sour cream
fresh shredded coconut

First in a sauce pan heat condensed milk in boiling water for 2 hours.  Then let it cool in cold water. Beat the butter with mixer till fluffy. Then add condensed milk beat for about 2 mins. Then add cream cheese blend for another couple mins. Finally add your whip topping.

When your cake is done cooking let it cool completely. Cut it into 2. Then frost the top of your bottom layer and mix a little coconut milk and fresh coconut.  and add to the top. if it is a little watery you can add sour cream. Then put the top of your cake on, frost it and add your shredded coconut.  Let cake cool in fridge for at least 1 hour.
