Rice side dish
2 cups rice
2-3 garlic cloves
1 can of peas
parsley
1 tsp of tumeric
1tsp coriander
2 tbsp olive oil
chicken stock
salt
Fry the garlic in the olive oil on medium heat add rice and tumeric and coriander. Then add chicken stock and salt. When rice is cooked stir in can of peas and chopped parsley. Easy and tasty side dish for any meal.
